I am a postdoctoral research fellow in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the School of Biomedical Engineering at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, under the mentorship of Prof. Mert R. Sabuncu. I am a part of the Sabuncu Lab (SabLab) in ECE and BME. I graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia. My Ph.D. thesis advisor is Professor Simon Lucey, research associate professor at Carnegie Mellow University, Pittsburgh, PA. I also worked in Department of Radiology, UNC-Chapel Hill, NC, as a postdoc fellow under the mentorship of Professor Guorong Wu.
My research interests include:
Computer Vision & Image Analysis
Signal, Image, and Video Processing
Medical Imaging Analysis
Statistical Learning and Bioinformatics
I work on multiple different computer vision and image analysis problems. Specifically, I have been working on topics at the intersection of computer vision, signal processing, pattern recognition, and machine learning. My recent focus has been on problems involving non-rigid structure from motion, compressed sensing, motion segmentation, longitudinal medical imaging analysis, multiple modality/source imaging data analysis, and the application of machine learning on progressive disease prediction and diagnosis.
